The Best Home Businesses for People 50+ by Paul and Sarah Edwards
I love this book! Paul and Sarah Edwards have certainly done their homework on this one. You will be given information on seventy different home based businesses, including an overview of the business, skills needed, how high pressure it is, and skills and experience that can be transferred to that particular business. You will also receive recommendations on what to charge, ways to get business/clients and some marketing insights. Another aspect I love is the “From the Home Front” section where you will hear a snippet comment from someone who is actually doing the business.

You’re Here For A Reason by Marnie L. Pehrson
This has been a great book. I am still making my way through it but have loved it. The book is divided up into 52 lessons, so you can use it over a whole year or just read along at your own pace. Some of my favorite lessons have been “Define Your Mission,” “Decision Making with Confidence,” and “Let Go and Let God.” These have really changed the way I look at things and have given me a “plan” with which to make decisions, something I have struggled with. I know you won’t be disappointed! 243 pages. Click below to purchase.
